Refund Policy
For all USA Hockey tournaments, if a team cancels 60 days prior to the start of the event they will receive a refund, less $350. In the event a team cancels less than 60 days prior to the first day of the event they will not receive a refund.
No portion of any team's event registration fee shall be refundable in the event that any scheduled event is cancelled, curtailed, or materially disrupted due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Power Play Sports Global LLC. Such circumstances shall include, without limitation, damage to or unavailability of event buildings, fields, or facilities; mechanical or structural failure; public health emergencies or pandemics; acts of God; war, civil unrest, or political instability; governmental action or inaction; international or domestic travel restrictions; geopolitical developments; or any other external condition which, in the sole and unfettered discretion of Power Play Sports Global LLC, renders the proper, safe, or practical operation of the event impossible or inadvisable.
